Why Navigation Works

No one else in the Rogue Valley offers resource navigation like OHRA.

Whether housed or unhoused, with no screening or background checks, neighbors in need get help from a resource navigator.

Resource Navigator

Resource navigators make our programs effective:

They are skilled in helping each person find a path to stability.

They maneuver through the maze of social services—in either English or Spanish.

They leverage a robust network of partner agencies.

They are trauma-informed professionals, trained to work with people in crisis.

They never judge. They always listen. They build trust and spark hope.

No matter how someone finds us—at the Resource Center, the Shelter, or Shower Trailer—a resource navigator is there.

  • July 26 – June ’27 Fundraising Goal 10% 10%

OHRA relies on your donations to support the evolving needs of our community. This year you support could make a substantial impact to three strategic initiatives: 1) infrastructure & support for Ashland’s Night Lawn; 2) creating paid employment opportunities for unhoused guests; and, capital projects and partnership to increase housing opportunities.

Contact Brandy or Dan if you’d like to schedule a meeting to discuss how your investment could have a sustaining impact on the community.
